Low Season

Other costs

Final cleaning
For every stay we charge our guests an additional amount of 125,- euros for final cleaning.

Bath towels
For an additional €10,- euros per week you can use a set of shower towels, a bath towel and a single washcloth. Bedding is included in our standard price.

Deposit
We ask our guests to make deposit with an amount of €500,-. before staying at Moineaux Meyraguet. We kindly request you to transfer your deposit together with the first payment to be made. When no (new) defects have been noted after your stay, we will refund the deposit amount back to you..

Tourist taxes
The joint municipalities of the Lot charge a tourist fee of € 4,40 per person per night. This applies to persons starting 18 years. Only after a reporting the total number of persons above 18, we calculate the total tourist fee.

Conditions for renting and payment

Renting period
Moineaux Meyraguet is normally rented for the period of one full week ore a number of full weeks. Outside the high season other conditions may be possible. Please contact us to ask for the possibilities.

Time of arrival and departure
The renting period starts only on Saturday from 16.00 hrs. The house should be left before 10.00 hrs. in the morning.

Traveling insurance and cancellation insurance
We allow ourselves to advise you to book your insurances. During your traveling to and your stay in Moineaux Meyraguet we do not accept any responsibility for any damage or discomforts.
During your stay you will be responsible for the house and all the belongings. You will also be responsible for the use of the swimming pool and the legal consequences of it. This especially in relation to children and the severe French legislation.

Paying conditions
After your request for a reservation we will sent you your confirmation with the full invoice for the whole period. Below the conditions of payment:

  • Within 2 days after receipt of the invoice we kindly ask you to transfer 50% of the total amount to our account. This makes your reservation definitive.

  • The remaining 50% has to be transferred to our account not less than 5 weeks before your arrival.

  • In case of reservation with a delay less than 5 weeks before your arrival the total due amount has to be transferred in one time. The total amount has to be transferred before arrival.

  • In case of cancellation 8 weeks  before scheduled arrival we will refund the total payed amount minus €.250,-.

  • In case of cancellation within 8 weeks before your arrival the total of your deposit will not be refunded.

  • In case of cancellation within 5 weeks, after your final transfer your total amount will not be refunded, unless the house is still rented to others. In that case you will be totally refunded minus €.250,-.
